Open Up is making a significant impact in the community by teaching mindfulness tools through movement and art, while centering people living with disabilities. Our programs are open to both people with and without disabilities; they are for everyone. In 2024 alone, our Open Movement program has hosted 380 free studio events, welcoming over 2,100 participants. Additionally, our Open Schools program has reached over 180 students across 8 schools. Through a partnership with AARP, we have reached over 10,000 people across the United States.
