For ten years, Open Up has created accessible, inclusive spaces where people learn mindfulness tools through movement, creative expression, and community connection, centering people with disabilities and those often left out of traditional wellness spaces.

Your gift helps create a more mindful, connected world where wellbeing and belonging are possible for everyone. $25 – Access Your gift helps provide access to free community classes and inclusive spaces for people of all abilities. $50 – Resources Supports things like yoga mats, props, and adaptive tools that help make movement and mindfulness accessible to everyone. $100 – Connection Helps sustain programs that foster connection and wellbeing through mindfulness, movement, and community. $250 – Professional Development Makes possible trainings and workshops that equip teaching artists and facilitators to lead with compassion and skill. $500 – Community Impact Strengthens our capacity to offer free and inclusive programs across schools, studios, and community spaces—reaching hundreds of participants each year.
